Yeah, i'm really sorry to say i'm gonna have to duck out. Basically i've done an "Ed" and bought a 330bhp skyline.

No plans to sell the 480 as yet at least, but i'm totally skint.

Was hoping to meet you once again! Can't you carpool with Suddy or something?

Perhaps we can do a 2009 Wales revisited meeting! But well, let's focus on the upcoming meet first. Suddy, you'll still be there? Wouldn't be the same without you.

Am curious about the weather, it's not so nice here right now, but that might mean that we will have heat and sunshine during this meeting!

Saddly its not even so simple as money. I mistakenly told Deb it was the may bank holiday weekend, and she booked the 4 days off (NHS shifts you see).

She'd be well pissed if i went without her, and can't book that weekend now, its too late.

I am genuinely upset not to go, i've wanted to the last three years but have had exams/exams/cuban holiday.

Well it seems I won't be able to go afterall (even though Alison and I both had the vacation time booked for it) - seems I have to fly to Dortmund on the 13th and won't return home till late on the Saturday - I don't fancy driving all the way back into Europe for one day of the meet.

Sucks, because I was looking forward to it, as last year was a blast...

Sorry guys, going to have to jump on the bandwagon and give it a miss this year.
I'd be the only UK member there so I might feel like a bit (a lot) of a foreigner amongst you lot!

It took me quite time, but the site is fully functional again, so if you plan to join us, you can once again register! The deadline for registering for the dinner on Saturday is this Monday, because we have to inform the restaurant how many people will participate in advance.

The problem was that our webhost provider migrated from PHP4 to PHP5 which created several issues because we were invoking scripts/functions that were now deprecated.

I believe there should be no further problems, and the weather is looking quite good! Hopefully until next weekend!

The first picture of the 2008 Maymeeting!

It has been a wonderful meeting. The weather on Saturday was 'not that well' so to speak, but despite that everyone claimed they had a great time and a lot of fun driving the tour with the treasure hunt. Also the buffet organised on Saturday evening was a success! Very nice to see all the familiair faces, and new faces, on this meeting

More pictures and stories will surely follow.
