rob touched upon my long standing hatred for running low voltage systems off inverters, inefficient,bulky,expensive........blah blah

hey murf...to supplement the student grants etc, maybe you should build a few 12v power supplies and flog em on ebay or something!!
maybe even the hairless simian could buy some to run all his neons and stuff!

i wish i had time, got loadsa exams and stuff at the mo
doesnt mean i cant be pissed on a sat night tho
good plan though, must be loadsa monkeys looking for 12v power supplies right now
ebay sucks though, i flogged my home built led boost gauge and didnt even make back the £25 it cost me to buy the pressure sensor from the states.
reckon its time i got another turbo and got it pruen modded, aint keen on FWD but i love turbo's

thanks guys, the intention was to get my PS2 to run on 12v for the journey to Scotland so I'll have to keep the inverter

i run an inverter, shes not so bad.
i di have to stab the over current buzzer with a screwdriver though.

I have got a DVD player in mine. Was piss easy to fit and i think i might have been the first or atleast one of the first to fit such a thing in the 480

i used to have an invertor in my old car running a playstation. worked fine, all of the other stuff was 12v so ran directly from the car. (video player and tv tuner)

Personally I wouldn't fancy fixing the screen to the dash but it is more visable there,and ideal for your passenger to watch whatever, also you probably dont have to keep everything hidden from prying eyes.

the screen comes off and the wires hide neatly in the glove box
The stand for the screen is a sticky pad not drilled
