I've not delved into the history but I'm just posting in case anyone is lurking the forum for a project less than £5000.

That's not too far away from me. I've no space for a second project but I soooo want to give it a polish!

Same. Red on red is my favourite 480 colour. I'd be tempted to join the 'more than one' club if I didn't already have a PITA 1990 turbo auto weighing me down!
Re: For Sale - Red 1990 Auto Turbo
MOT history doesn't look too shabby; Looks possibly low mileage (or broken speedo). Not a mention of corrosion anywhere!
Someone's buggered the battery terminal up, as well as added they're own (rather untidy) new charging loom. Could be really nerdy and point out that the recon alternator has been built with the wrong rectifier, as the negative post should be closest to the engine, NOT the positive post.
Idle air control valve looks to be the wrong one, Last time it was for sale, I commented "Rust in drivers side arch, 17" lenso Alloys, faulty popups and Infocentre" - worth remembering if anyone goes to look. (oh and last time it was for sale, it was for £800)
Half leather interior, parts to repair included (although, I'd probably put a pair of callipers and cables on there too!). Looks like the cat is in the boot (or may be a spare?)
Certainly better than most of the stuff that's been for sale of late!
