480 buying guide in Classic Car Weekly

Here you can talk about the joy owning a Volvo 480 brings. Non-technical discussions take place here, like what is the difference between an ES and a S version.

laughed when I saw this 'what to pay' section:

so what do you think, personally I am not sure what to think about the model getting more exposure, on one hand, I think the car needs an hour of glory, but on the other, I am worried that it will lose its 'hidden gem' status (in my mind at least)
Current Jobs to do (23/1/22):
Fix Central Locking
Fix drivers side speaker
Annoying Scratching Squeak
Water leaks
Complete Front O/S rebuild

Will buy it, scan it, add to collection. Probably tear the whole article apart like I do with most!

Really should do an owners club what to look for!

I knew they were undervalued, but it must be the first car I have ever known that decreases in value the better the condition
although to put a different spin, the car can now be put in the same bracket as all those barn-find Astons and Ferraris, that seem to sell for more covered in dust than in prime condition  (although I do prefer an unrestored car)
