Everything that doesn't belong in the previous categories probably belongs here. Interiour (how are the seats mounted? how to remove the CEM?) and exteriour (how to replace the popup-lights shock absorbers or a door) are discussed here!

I would like to install scuff plates, the sills get scratched easily. Any suggestions other than the general ones you find on Ebay? If there are original Volvo 480 accessories knocking about I am all ears

Depends what you want/need. I have the nice ones on the 480, previous one even had the garage/dealer name on them!
for the C30 I used a section of 2" wide black carpet repair tape, much easier to find than the originals, and dare I say a cheaper option
It stops the worst of the scuffs until you get 'real' article (if you ever find them)

I will take some measurements hopefully over the week end. Unfortunately at the moment I am roped into a spot of gardening.
At least I have made room in the garage so Skip now sleeps protected from the elements. It was fun to re arrange everything especially since it only fits backwards, protecting foam at the back on the workbench's foot and on the side wall for the door.
