The Volvo 480 looks good as is, but if you have the desire to give it a more personal look you can find out what others did to their 480 and be inspired.

Any thoughts? I think it looks quite smart. Hopefully going to get a red prancing moose emblem to replace the badge as I split the old one when I was sanding the back off it!
But then I got carried away-
Luckily I ran out of mesh before things went MaxPower!!

I had the grill like that also. Looks cool not keen on the bonnet grill as I doubt you can see it much.

I was thinking about doing the vents in the undertray too.

thats pretty smart there ! i was thinking of summat similar but cutting the inners out and black meshing the whole grill ... still not got round to it yet though --- so many other things grab my attention

this is what mesh looks like on these cars. + added a lip. Made the front from the stock plastic + added some myself.
but you get the idea.

I like it ... but i think it might look better with black mesh? Can you put up another pic of the front of the car from further away to get the feel of it?
