hi all, does any body know a company that can supply me with a uprated headgasket and head bolts, as i,m rebuilding my 480 turbo enging in my clio and will be pushing out close to 200bhp.

I agree, Volvo genuine parts will be no problem.
I have literaly knocked the pistons out of an engine or two while testing, and the headgasket always held. Standard bolts are more than good enough.
For my mad, near 400 bhp project I used a standard head gasket, so I can't see you having any issues.
Cheap aftermarket stuff would not be a smart move.
The only headgasket failures I have seen are with cooked engines. More to do with warped head and block, than the actual gasket or bolts. Even so spending 8 hours lapping the block flat, and 8 hours on the head, the engine then went on to make 200+ bhp without problems.
