Has anybody had the crackpot idea of fitting 225/50/15 tyres all round ?
Retaining standard body height & 38mm offset, can such a thing be possible ?
With the 480's substantial wheel arch design width, those arches would certainly fill up but would the tyres have clearance ? Especially fronts ?
Tyre width maximum ? (Naughty but nice. )

nope!
i have 205/40-16 and my car is lowered 20mm and i get rubbing on the front on full lock and slight rubbing on the rear arches with 4 people in the car!
Even if you rolled the arches you would still get the tyre rubbing on the fuel filler pipe that runs down the inside of the drivers side rear arch!
