New Here with a 460 1.6i

Hello, First: With my older email adres i could not register, There is already a account on it but i cant really remember that i made a account here.
About me : i'm 15 years old and i live in the Netherlands, I'm studying at a technical school, i want to be mechanic later on
My parants drive a Volvo 460 1.6i Experience-Line. That is going to be my car when i'm 17 and have my Drivings license.
A already did some little things on it Like: 6 speaker audio system (original), Original cupholders, Foglights, I bought cetus rims bu need new tires, Replaced all interior lights (nothing worked anymore), Mapreading lights
What's need to happen: Repair the rust on the known places, Dents i want to remove. Scratches i want to remove (polish?), Time delay, Central Locking with keyless entry. And there would be more thing i will find later (dream is to restore the car, Even if it's not worth it, For me it is )
