begging for nothing

Some things just can't be placed elsewhere. Have you been speeding and got fined? Or spotted a nice new Volvo on the web somewhere? All non-480 messages can be posted in this part of the board.

begging for nothing

Post by martinholmesuk » Thu Apr 09, 2009 6:20 pm

What is it with these companys.

Halfords....Never got what I want and always when I need something like E spanners.

Courier companys for shipping my new engine.... Do not reply apart from just 1 out of 6.

Getting HT leads.... Never are just shite at getting back about it.

Poly diff bush? Been on order for 3 weeks and not turned up. Rallynuts are useless about it.

Gets better.

Paid over £100 for shipping of a engine. They turn up and say it wont fit in the van. Back tomorrow. No calls or emails to tell me this. The seller mailed me.

Diff bushes.... Stuck somewhere awaiting the postal address. Yep all this time.

My other half ordered poly bushes for his XR3i and it wasnt until 3 weeks later that he received an email saying that they no longer sold them-even tho as clear as you like it was saying on the website "MK4 XR3i POLY BUSH SET-IN STOCK"

Frustrating isnt it?! Cocks!! ;)

FEDEX are a bunch of freaking muppets! Trying to get some brake calipers collected.

3 Failed collections.....

First time tried to pick up a windscreen from the right address, refused to take anything but a windscreen.

Second time turned up at my house (delivery address) to collect and deliver to my work instead of collecting from Scotland.

Third time, they once again turned up at my house kicking off this is the 2nd time they'd been to collect.

Now I think they might have collected this morning, despite me cancelling the collection, so I'm about to lose my package in the system :(

Went to GSF. Got a water pump for the BMW. Got it home and it's wrong. Took it back and they do not have the correct pump.

Went to halfords and they got none. I expected that. Got my oil ok.

Went to willow vale and they order me one for 11am. My mum picked it up and got it home. Wrong one.

Now when I went order this I was shown the book and I picked out the correct pump as it has a single outlet.

The one I got had no outlets. The guy told my mum that I had picked the wrong one.

Now let's note how when mum went she was told the part was not there because of a traffic jam and he can't find the paperwork yet as shes leaving he managed to just 'find' the wrong pump behind him on the bench. Amazing that.

So in short they blamed me and yet they can't even work out where there stock is.

I doubt he would have told me I fooked up!

The halfords 'boy' did not even know what a water pump was and had to get a senior muppet over.
