unable to post url's

Some things just can't be placed elsewhere. Have you been speeding and got fined? Or spotted a nice new Volvo on the web somewhere? All non-480 messages can be posted in this part of the board.

hello.
I have just tried to post url of picture (from photo bucket) and message popped up and me told I wasn't allowed cause of the 10 post rule thing.... :(

Is it just me or is anyone else having the same problem?
