Welded my diff up. I broke it :-( :-(

Alright, after reading a ton of threads on welding up diffs for extra traction, i went ahead and welded mine up.
I went to pull out of my garage, and I just roasted my autobox. I figured that maybe there was some slag left in the bearing, so i dropped it into 1st and lo and behold something broke loose.
MY FUCKING DRIVE LINE.
I'm really pissed at all this BS talk. I welded my junk really well. And now my driveline is twisted up like a damn pretzel.
You are all a bunch of shit talkin Jerks.
What the hell did you all do differently?

erm soo it didnt go well then would you reccomend tryin it on a manuall
if you fancy a challange i have to take the box out of my turbo cos it has a small rust hole in it letting fluid out if you put my new one in for me you can have my old one
and no im not taking the pisss its a seriouse offer

I have a auto gear box - you can have it for free just need to collect it or get it collected via courrier..

Take that back as im half asleep..
Take it your on about your beemer and the rear axle diff is the on you welded?
Heard alot of stories about that but i wouldn't do that to my car don't seam right..
