no notification

Can anyone suggest any reason why I do not get notified of replies or pm's via email when all the relevant boxes are ticked in my profile??

It gets a tad tedious having to log in just to check pm's..( well it isn't that bad, I would just like to be notified

)

going to hotmail account? Check the junk folder and if in there then click mark as safe. I had this issue.

Yeah, I am still sufferign with this as well, I ALWAYS had replies, and the one day I just stopped getting these notifications...wierd!

same as.....I have them going to outlook, not hotmail (cause it's crap). Always used to get them.

Outlook is not your email account though. Outlook is only the interface. What is your email address domain? If it is a hotmail account, martin's suggestion is still the first thing to check. Also, just add Wilten's email address to your address book and that should (theoretically) at least prevent future notifications from going into the spam folder.

Rachel. BT do block emails from this forum, they have done it with mine in the past, I would get notifications as normal and then one day they stopped, it was because they were going into the junk box instead of the inbox. I just marked them not as spam and haven't had any problems since.

Ah, ok. Do you know how I do that in Outlook Express? I have tried before but can't see how to do it

log into your webmail http://home.bt.yahoo.com/ and go into the junk folder, and check if the emails are in there, if they are just make one as not spam, that should move it back to the inbox and thats it.

Er, I have never used BT Yahoo.... I don't have it set up...all my messages go to Outlook.

Outlook is just a client, your BT account is also online at the above link, just try it.
