Nokia N95 problem

This is my 4th N95 (non 8gig model) yet.

a couple of them where unable to switch back on after a charge and 1 jumped off the side and smashed it's screen in.

Now whenever I try to send a txt it's always stuck in the outbox. Trying to force a send results in 'general: Memory full, close some applications'

I deleted all 1600txt's , removed the micro SD 2gig card, rebooted and even flashed it to the newest firmware..... Agggghhhh I see loads of people had this problem on other forums.

Anyone had it here?

Have you upgraded to the latest firmware?

I had a similar issue a while back, I backed it up, reset it to all defaults, factory state, and had the operator send its settings back to the phone, this cleared up the outbox issue, but not all phones are alike, and the N95 is one narky handset at times....
