part nicked

Went to drop my son off in town in the little polo diesel noticed the left hand indicator was flashing at twice the usual rate put it down to a broken indicator bulb . As son has been using the car for the last 10 days. Turned out some barstward has nicked the the complete front NS indicator.

not in a good mood

are you sure it didnt just "fall off" (usual teenager reply when something is lost or broken)

No this one was removed as nice as you like with absolutely no damage otherwise wiring was aok . The indicator lens pops out when you stick you hand up under the bumper and release the sprung catch. Defo a "thats a handy spare there". Need to add the part was only a few weeks old so was still that shiny gleamy way.

Just as well that peter didnt notice as he has red hair and the temperment to match.

grrr i feel for you, only 2 weeks after i baught my XR3i someone tried to nick that!! Fortunatly the amateurs crushed the horn switch trying to brake the steering lock and sent the horn off continuously-suckers

The razor blades along the door edges are to be installed lol

why cant the theiving lil chavs keep their fingers to themselves, get their own jobs and buy their own parts/cars.

I remember hearing a car with noisy exhaust driving by slowly one night. Then it came again and stopped. I looked out and there was one kid trying to get into my Subaru Alcyone VR, he was probably confused how the locks work... LOL! anyways before he even managed to get any further he had a 12guage on one side an another dude with a baseball bat on the other.

He left in an awful hurry

i had some one do the same to my ranger except they had the entire light clusters from the rear of the car and the rubber bump stops from the tail gate . what made it worse was it was parked out side a police station....
