Has anyone ever seen this sticker? It was on the back of a LHD 240 my brother was fitting a windscreen to. The text underneath reads: tourist and diplomat sales. Just wondered what it was all about!

Special Delivery versions are Volvo's that are imoprted to the USA for customers who did not want a standard USA spec Volvo. Or people who wanted their Volvo transported to the USA when migrating.
