The new Pocket Rocket

Some things just can't be placed elsewhere. Have you been speeding and got fined? Or spotted a nice new Volvo on the web somewhere? All non-480 messages can be posted in this part of the board.

The new Pocket Rocket

Post by Sophie » Fri Nov 10, 2006 9:22 pm

Well as everyone here seems to have one, we had to have one at home too :hopping:

So, 1989 white MK1 MR2, 3 owners, bought it from an MG specialist in London. She hadn't run for 5 years, started great and drove all the way down here :D
Really clean inside and out, needs a bit of TLC and T-cut on the paintwork, a couple of dots of rust on left rear wheel arch, 80 000miles on the clock, what more could you ask for for £500 :hopping:

Photos will come, but right now the computer at home is dead and I'm waiting for Terrastudios to send me a laptop so that I can get back to the forums...

Will be back soon

Nice one, need pics pronto!
Ive got the air/water chargecooler fitted in mine now so i should be able to run 14/15 psi without having to worry about knock.
