Possibly the worst alloys I have ever seen!

Some things just can't be placed elsewhere. Have you been speeding and got fined? Or spotted a nice new Volvo on the web somewhere? All non-480 messages can be posted in this part of the board.

Post by robin_xr4i » Mon Jun 12, 2006 9:41 pm

I have seen them once before fitted to a Vauxhall Corsa (say it all really)

........They make TSW Venoms look cool!

PS They would they would fit the 480 ;)

They'd fail the MOT everytime though. Not enough tread, bear tyres.

Anybody had any stolen recently? ;)

Nah-i put a post asking for some a while back, and when Jeroen (V480t) wrote off his Hausser kitted Lavender 480, he replied and said he had some for sale. I got a Digi clock and 'Turbo' pillar trims without the Lambda symbol off him too :D

My Dad has them on his 480, so i had too equal him...looking at his clears against my orange made me sad :(

I'll be interested to see Williamwames efforts at them too though...

GRRRR, you jammy git!!
Car looks much cleaner with the clear ones! Your chick looks pretty pleased with them as well or was it because she got to drive the Dan-Mobile??

Think i'll have to be getting a set for each of my 480's if production of them begins as planned :)

I do like the all white look. Some find it a little ott, but thats why i think white 480's look ok-there is plenty of black to break the colour up. Although i'm well happy with them, i'll be interested in seeing the new ones that make it to production-Jeroen used a glue that went a funny colour on the reflectors so i had to scrape it off, but it left one a little discoloured. He did warn me, and it's on the drivers side that is bad (it's actually gone like soft toffee!), but i'm a stickler for detail, and having an OCD makes me need them matching

And yes, she is smiling 'cos i just let her have a blast round the car park! She complains that she can't see over the steering wheel or the end of the bonnet, but after it had been lowered she had no problem hammering it round the corners or wheelspinning as she pulled away

Shit........ Dan that actual look good (i feel ashamed with my self for saying that), only one slight problem you have made them a bit too big they are only 14" yours look more like 16" which makes them look a million times better.
