Awright - having fixed the heater fan I need the following bits, so dig through your garages please!!

Rear left mudflap (it fell off)
Small plastic clips that hold the headlamp shell on the pins. All of mine are corroded and falling apart which means the headlights look completely pissed. I ned all six if you've got them.

I would go to a Volvo dealer but the nearest one is over 40 miles away, and does not beleive that the 480 was built by Volvo. He likes selling new cars, but mention "480" his brain goes TILT.

I haven't got any of the plastic things for the headlights, I simply wrapped some electrical tape around the top ones in the correct place, and left the bottom ones. This means my headlights are quite loose, and you can easilly push them so they look "pissed", but the benefit of this is when you drop the lights, they automatically fall back to the correct place, so they are ALWAYS correct when you use them - mine have been like this for nearly 3 years and have been through 2 MOTs like this with no

The lights are fixed - I went down the scrappy and got some plastic clips form VW Golfs and Polos that use circular headlamps (Mark 2's I think). The plastic clips are more flexible than the harder Volvo Items and should last longer.

Dragon - you might want to give it a try.
