Front spoiler or alternative needed.

I urgently need the front lip/spoiler for my 92/K Turbo.Can anybody help?I also welcome suggestions about alternatives.MERRY XMAS GUYS!!!Catgroom.

How badly chipped is it? I have run a piece of black tape along the entire length of the bottom of the spoiler, to cover a 50p coin sized chip.

I am categorically going to have my adjustable carbon fibre front spoilers done in about 2 weeks!!

Admittedly not Â£30 though but going to be pretty cheap.

Im making the spoilers myself rather than getting them made up for me which will mean they will be cheap to all you peeps out there......well not Â£2-300 as they normally charge for carbon fibre ones!

Body panels are a long term idea!! Fibreglass with a carbon top layer.....mmmm.

Ill get the pics up as soon as they are done. They will be Front/Rear Bumper or Roof mountable......or all three!

All the materials are on the way now!

The carbon fibre is currently sat at home and looking damn nice!!

To give you guys some idea of what they are going to be like is like the single deck touring car spoilers. The front one will mount its rear just under the grille where the current one does but will be angle adjustable to force more and more air upto the rad/intercooler/induction tubes(if you have em).

The rear will be similar but mount on towers....as per all those Civic modders out there!!

It will also be under bumper mountable at the rear which I think will look a bit more slick.

Ill be doing plain fibreglass ones, carbon and carbon/kevlar.

They've STARTED!!!! It won't be long now before I have the pics. Im going to be working on some splitters/snowcap aswell. Then comes the carbon airbox.....this will be a while though methinks.

Martin, wings are a long term plan of mine. Ive always wanted a carbon panelled 480. Pricy tho!!

Sorry about the wait but I should be fitting one of the new spoilers I've made tonight. Ill post the pic. as soon as it's done.

Incidentally i got a quote from Volvo for the direct replacement......Â£127!!!!

You'll certainly have a few more beer tokens with mine!!

It is also angle adjustable and I will be doing custom work to order.

That's interesting, I too had a quote for the replacement spoiler from Volvo this morning, and I was quoted Â£108.79

More discrepency madness...

All though add the dreaded VAT to Â£108 and you get Â£127.

Sorry couldnt resist, the Accountant in me spots such silly things.

Allthough from my own experience there are wide gulfs in prices between dealers. So i wouldnt be supprised if one dealer quoted Â£19 more.

Hi Guys,

Didn't have a chance to get my camera before work today. Ill have it with me tomorrow so the pics will be up about lunchtime.
Incidentally has anyone uploaded pics from their harddrive onto the site or do you need an online store? Ill have a site up soon. Feel free to drop me an email for the pics anyway (jdeverill@csc.com).

The spoilers are going to be front/rear/rear under bumper but custom modifications will be no problem at all (withn reason!!). The first ones are polycarbonate and ill shortly have the carbon ones ready. Any option I can source is possible aswell (titanium/aluminium bolts, aluminium/carbon sandwich sections for wing/fins, etc.)
