Question about the Auxiliary Gauge

Hi everyone,

So I am thinking of buying an auxiliary gauge, but I noticed that it is for a LHD 480. Will it be compatible with my RHD?

It also doesn't come with a sender unit, but will it still work without it?

Thanks

The blank for the Turbo’s vacuum will be on the wrong side but that won’t stop it working— it doesn’t really matter.

Without adding in the analogue sensor, the oil gauge will read like the oil pressure switch in the binnacle. Off and on— nothing inbetween.

You can install it, as it looks pretty, but only the Volt meter will work properly until you add the full analogue sensor.

Thank you. Are the analogue senders hard to find?

The sender is relatively easy to find new as it was used on other cars. The difficult bit to find is the adapter that bolts to the engine, which the sensor then screws in to. No reason why something aftermarket couldn’t do the job but I’ve never had to find it so can’t help there.
