Hello all,
I am looking for the following:
- 'Limited Edition' badge for a 480 ES TT (the 'Limit' part on mine has fallen off and gone missing)
- '2.0i' badge (the 'i' has gone missing on mine)
- The piece of plastic that covers the bonnet release lever in the passenger footwell.
- Boot courtesy light housing (mine just hangs loose due to a snapped clip)
- Centre high brake light gasket
- Positive battery clamp lead (mine has snapped due to an over tightened bolt and someone has attempted a very dangerous bodge to fix it)
- passenger side door pocket
This one isn't a necessity, but I'd love to retrofit an oil pressure & voltmeter gauge below the radio, so does anyone know how much they're worth? (I'm specifically after one with a blank over the Turbo gauge as mine is a 2.0)
That's all I can think of right now, but I'm sure I will think of more.
These forums have been invaluable to me so far, so thanks to everyone here.

The volt meter will work when you plug the gauge cluster in and the wiring is there behind the dashboard for the oil and volt meter.
You will need a different oil pressure gauge (one that reads the pressure in an analogue way, rather than just on/off for the current warning light) and bracket (with banjo-bolt) installed to your engine to get the oil pressure gauge to work-- the wiring is there in the engine bay though, ready to plug in. Without the new sensor, you will only get full deflection of the gauge in either direction.
You can expect to pay between very little and maybe £100, as those in the know sell these parts for a premium as they are in demand. C'est la vie. You should do some digging on here but I think the current situation is that a new sensor can easily be had, it is the fitting to get it on to the engine that is difficult to get hold of now.
If you can only get a Turbo cluster, I have a broken gauge which you can have the blank from. My broken gauge has a dead volt meter in it and also crazed clear plastic cover; oil gauge is probably good.

Re: Wanted: Various bits & bobs
have oil pressure & voltmeter gauge but not with third part - blank volvo
Re: Wanted: Various bits & bobs
The actual lever part or the plastic surround?
Probably got one of those floating about.
It's just butyl - remove it, roll it around and it'll be re-usable!
They all do that sir - have a look at the most elegant fix here

Thanks for the response,
I’m after the piece of plastic that goes on the lever, not the lever itself. How much would you want for a clear boot light housing?

Re: Wanted: Various bits & bobs
William, as James has said above, the hard part to get hold of is the bracket that screws into the engine block that the sender then fits to. You can't do without it because although the single wire sender for the oil light only fits alongside the oil filter, the gauge sender will not.
Currently not something I can help you with I'm afraid; they come up quite frequently on ebay Germany, but you'll have to pay quite handsomely...
One word of warning - you'll often see on ebay twin gauge units (usually volts and oil) as opposed to the 480 three gauge units (volts, oil and either blank or turbo). DON'T be fooled into buying one of these - they were the units for the pre-facelift 440/460 and do not fit the 480 (apart from being too short, they are also fractionally deeper and won't fit in the space in the dashboard. It is a constant source of irritation how many things for the 440/460 just get lumped together with the 480 when in fact they differ, so watch out for this generally as well!
I have pm'd you about some of the other bits...
David
