Volvo 480 Club Europe

Hi folks,

Got a B20F engine for sale - running and on 138k miles looking for £150 and for this you get:

Engine - bare with no ancillaries but comes with inlet and exhaust manifold/downpipe
Sensors - sensors required to run the engine but not those that supply signal to the info centre (keeping these as spares)
Coil Pack
Wiring loom - engine loom only not full car loom
ECU

I'm located in NE Scotland about an hour from Aberdeen and I can arrange to have it palletised if need be however collection preferred but I understand that's probably an impracticality!

What would you charge for storage of said engine etc?

now that I have a pair of 480 and both have high mileage a spare could be useful:-) ditto gearbox in red one is getting 'dour' to engage first/second

I have some room under the freezer now that the Regal engine/box have left for new owner, but unsure if the engine would fit in that space

I'd need to assess space myself! that's partly my reason for a wee clear out! haha, would you like me to do a measure? i'll be at the unit tomorrow night so can measure it all up if you required, had planned on keeping the box as a spare but I've got another 2 from 1.7's that "would do if required" as spares for myself so you'd be more than welcome to this one - saves me the job of removing it! haha

I forgot to mention, I have a lad needing an ECU urgently, do you need the one I have listed here? if no then we could maybe do same price as above but rather than the ECU you get the box! your call happy to discuss

yep I saw the 'need for ECU' post,
if you measure the rough length then seems fair enough, just don't tell the other half!

I can measure space I have/had as there is a trolley jack and spare gearbox (probabbly going scrap) in the place at present etc

I assume the engine 'was running' ? no funny noises from within?

Turns out hes found an ecu, so all available!

Will get it measured tomorrow for you!
