hi guys im breaking a volvo 480 turbo its seen better days but does run and drive spot on any parts needed let me know i am based in southampton uk and can post any items to anywhere worldwide i accept paypal or cash on collection will add pics if someone could tell me how

you need to use a package like photobucket to put up pics.

also put up year of manufascture as parts changed over the period of manufacture.

Batz before you do that

remove some parts that can turn you a dollar but not affect your scrap value. I will pm you a list of easily removable parts just need to know if your car has to be mobile. The last car I scrapped , they actually came and took it away.

Its funny but individual items can get more response than a complete car being broken it makes you despair

one forum member was recently looking for the turbo oil return pipe in total desperation as well !

Yeah the turbo oil return pipe went on mine last year and I had to get one made up as it was unavailable from volvo apparently!

A stripping list for parts that would be easily stored / saleable is ...

from a 1993 L reg turbo

has been sent pm'ed to you

not including the rear clusters which very much depend on condition (are £135 +vat new) you should clear about £300 to 350 on the list I sent you. the storage required is not that great and you should also be able to sell the stuff quite quickly . The big plus is it does not reduce the weigh in scrap value by very much .

This is a damn shame for everybody as volvo 480 parts can actually fetch good money as I have learned from watching things sell on ebay....

I personally was interested in the rear lights and even the front indicator clusters as the running light lenses look decent from the pictures. Give people a chance!!!

The 'no interest on the volvo 480 forum' comment is blatantly untrue and I'm sorry, scrapping it after only advertising it for two days IS A WASTE!

I'm looking for front leather seats black&grey, or as minimum all plastic parts from front seats, rear headrests, front clear lights, clock,rear roller cover, right door trim (plastic under lock), door pockets, alloy wheels with tires (R16-17) - if any one have this parts for sale - just let me know prices and show pictures please!
