Daz480gt front spoilers

Cleaned up the garage and found some parts you want to sell? Or are you looking for that one part? You can advertise or request just about anything that has to do with the Volvo 480 in here: brochures, towing-hooks, antenna's, etc etc...

hi pol
£50 for standard glassfibre composite
£70 for carbon/kevlar composite
hope this sounds fair, let me know chaps if you think i'm being greedy
on some paints pol,i can match the colour with gelcoat, the first layer of moulding,so this could help folks with spraying probs
but i think you guys might like the next samples i do this weekend in carbon/kevlar. :o

johnd
the spoiler is 60mm deep, not much i know
but nice and subtle at the same time, i don't really want to go down the gsi/gti drag road, but i know what ya saying though.
i'm just happy to help folks out with no spoiler at all

cheers

Not many people have, unfortunately...

DBS already said (MONTHS AGO!) that he'd make them if he can get one to copy, unfortunately I don't believe there are any in the UK, or at the very least they are VERY hard to come by (I've never seen one in the flesh, either as a part, or on a car), and as they are NOT available from Volvo anywhere in Europe (seemingly), coupled with the fact that it would probably destroy paintwork to remove one from an existing car, would mean I don't think we'll ever get to see one, so like I already said to DBS, you're going to have to design one from scratch if we are to have one at all...

Very reasonable. Mine still has a few more bumps before it breaks again! Used a glasfibre kit to repair it last time. Works quite well.

Someone also needs to get on the case of a 'Dougie Howser' bodykit copy for reasonable prices!! Don't know of any of them in the UK either though.

well , mine were £35 and nobody bought them , so good luck, and is you can get them out of a one piece mold without compromising quality , then you have a seller .

will people quit about carbon/keclar , the more they add the heavier it gets .

I'm having a carbon spoiler from Daz, moneys ready and my A - Z of Nottingham.
Just need to decide on colour coded or ( and more likely ) sexy black.

good work dazbolt.. looks good, and sounds to be quality stuff too.

i don't like the cabin rubber around the green one dough. I bet is hard to make a smooth edge around it.

maybe you can fabricate a nose part (carbonfiber too) complete with a volvo v40 style grille ?

drive around like a successor 480 ( (the XC 48 ES  )
luck,
JPF
