Hi Pol,
Its pre-impregnated carbon. If you don't keep it in the freezer it can deteriorate over time.

I would be Very Interested in a snow cap!!! (for reasons I cannot disclose
)
And my preference would be one similar to the Volvo type but rounded at the edges (not so sharp) I think this would give it a smoother line.
