This is probably what you need to make your sunroof close properly. Breakage of those pins, usually on 1 side only, is what causes it to open but not close fully. Just be aware that the small Allen screws you need to remove to let the rear of the glass lift up are LEFT HAND THREAD. It's not knowing this that makes many folk have to drill them out, as has been done in the pic. in the link. It's a pretty straightforward job.
