Cleaned up the garage and found some parts you want to sell? Or are you looking for that one part? You can advertise or request just about anything that has to do with the Volvo 480 in here: brochures, towing-hooks, antenna's, etc etc...

Hi Glasgowjim,
Good morning. Thanks for the message on my mobile phone. Really appreciate your help. I have recently bought a 1989 480 which I am restoring. I need door aperture seals, the black strips which run round the door frames and above the side rear window
frames. The car is wet through on the inside as water is leaking in through the seals. Can you help?
Thank you,
Chris Stoppard

I can supply
door seals =>
rear hatch seal +>
side window seals =>
are these what you are refering to by rear side window seal ?
If so these are virtually integral to the window itself , I have removed and replaced umpteen of these windows and the seals are well and truely attached to the glass. The picture below shows a stack of side windows and I am pointing to the seal of one of them.
To remove this from a window if that is possible would likely to stretch it too much.
post up confirmation of what is required and I will pm you with a price including UK postage.

Nice pics Jim! I really like the door inserts too- looks better than I expected against the grey trim. Do we know there history Jim, were they from some super limited edition?

Yes they were specially made one off , when I bought them they were a bit tired so I bought leather from the inet and had an upholsterer do a homer and stich them up.
