2.0i gearbox

A friend of mine is considering saving a Celebration from being broken up.

However, the gearbox has jammed in gear, as the previous owner drove it. He said it made one hell of a bang!

Anyway, I think he needs a gearbox; anyone know where to get one? Lakes does not have one.
