Modelling is like mustard. A bit here and there is a big improvement, too much is auwfull
but thats my oppinion, do whatever you do to waiste your money if its fine with you.<- no offence.
I feel the renault is looking fine like this.
but no mesh on my 480T. For me this is a classic car, and you don't mess too much with classic cars.
by the way, mr Chriss I roll, didn't you have a mesh grille too ? you have pics of it ?
A friend of mine thinks about an other grille.... I held a nice grille in front of the car... looked realy nice., just needed some old roadkill on it( it was my BBQ grille)
luck

chris,
It looks as if it was always been there (definition of a good mod, as I am asked) and better than the original
But, did you do it because you wanted to, or was the original one broken ?
maybe a hare wanted to be "grilled" ?
Hmm, looks nice.. but even nicer with a original frontspoiler.
Lots of previous owners had removed them, because of dammage. Mine is severely cracked, and i repaired it a lot using aluminium in the back and rivets(which i coloured) I even remade a puzzle shaped piece out of scrap LDPE. At close it looks like a shoe that has been at the shoemaker to often, but anyhow it still looks great, it still makes collegue 480 owners jealous.
but, to stick with the topic, Your mesh suits nice , especially in you shiny black car colour.
Luck

Thankyou!
I did it because I thought it would look good, but I used a scrap grille to cut up incase a) it looked shit and I didn't like it, or b) I messed it up. Fortunately it all went very well.
I think the reason it looks original is that I used the chrome trim to clip it in.
I hope to get an original front spoiler for Christmas

sorry but it is...for me a 480 has to be left exactly as it is, or needs a bit more aggressiveness (have I just invented a word there??lol) if it's "tuned"(exterior i mean...)Cute isn't exactly what I was aiming for!!

No sophie, i am sorry , but i donot agree, more than over the plain "when schon, denn schon"
I feel like styling/tuning is ok like "mustard" A bit is a great improvement, too much is auwfull
This mesh is the max, I feel pity with guys who made their cars a "fair" atraction ("attraction kermesse") especially if they also think they can impress anyone more than their own ego.
anyone who gets angry with this (as it is already too late,) knows some how already what their problem is, or else how come they are angry ?
Well they have to know themselves where to put all their money in, but don't ask me
Well anyhow, I might sound like an "old dig" but hey, I am proud of that experience
bon chance,
Jean-paul F

I quite agree, I wouldn't dare make my 480 an ugly attraction, but I would make a few changes on it.whatever I'll get done on mine will be discreet, not ever like that dog shit shovel...
