Volvo 480 Club Europe

'ow do ? at the moment 26-1-22 I make it that there are two 480's for sale on ebay.co.uk and two different ones on carandclassic.com for sale.
You can check the MOT history at https://www.gov.uk/check-mot-history of them or any other car if you know the Reg.
Do you know of any other websites that regularly have Volvo 480's for sale ?

Yep, as GCooper says, Car & Classic is the best place. That's where Pud was going last weekend before you removed any need for that!

They do turn up on ebay, but there are a lot of chancers on there among the genuine good buys.

And, of course, just watch this forum. I think it's quite common for cars to first get advertised on here because most sellers are keen to find a buyer who is going to look after their car. However, most people on here have, of course, already got at least one 480 so often there is very little market on here.

Like that at the end of that advert is says 'Thank you for watching and best of luck' but there isn't even any pictures of the car.
Can you add video walk rounds to carandclassic adverts ?
Also the date is stated as 1972 ?!

That's a more appropriate price. There are a few obvious things to pick about, and very few details to go on, but generally speaking at first glance it doesn't look bad. I wish people would take photos of dry cars though - the water can hide a multitude of sins!

Plus there are upgrades - the boot liner, optional leather interior, and one of the special steering wheels (can't remember which that is!). I also notice a Volvo Owners Club badge on the grille, which might indicate an owner with a decent degree of interest in their car...

Could be a good project car ?
Last MOT ended 27 June 2012.
Lots of advisories on the 2010 MOT but none on the 2011 MOT.
Nearly 88 thousand miles.
Airbag and electric windows etc.
Does a 1994 2 litre 480 ES have ABS ?
Those seats really suit a white car.

Passed lots of MOT's over the years without any advisories.
Ad says at 80 thousand miles.
Last MOT in 2017 does state 75,820 miles
Could be a project car ?
