Avert your eyes...

Cleaned up the garage, found parts laying around, but it turned out to be a complete Volvo 480? If you want to sell your car (480 only) you can place an advert here.

Avert your eyes...

Following the sale of the turbo in Ireland (apparently made £10k!), it seems the chancers are bringing out their dead....

Caution is required!

Ireland must be the worst country in the world for money grabbing sellers with rust bucket cars. Admittedly that is the worst I have ever seen!

‘Few places on body need welding’.... slight understatement.

It looks like an orthopaedic shoe.

I agree, that is the worst attempt at grabbing, so far.

 poor thing!

I think that would be beyond the combined efforts of the Sanctuary and the Pamper Parlour...

I can't help wondering exactly how much would fall off if you cut that cable tie in picture 4?!

Reminds me of the 80s when we used to have to do PE in pants and a vest.... My auntie used to work for M&S in 'That London', she'd send me underwear to 'last' so it was always a ridiculously long vest tucked into a huge pair of pants....et, voilå; I looked like this car.

"I have the 4th alloy" Do you also have the £20,000 I need to take it off you? Poor thing. It's lights don't look bad and it doesn't look wet inside.

The tractor broke...
Just got my first 480 (August 2020)!
1990 ES 1.7, Superwhite
I have ticked off around 45 items, cosmetic and mechanical
Remaining:
- Vibration at 1500 RPM (hard to locate)
- Rough idle (harder one)
- Touch-ups
- Change rims (Pollux to slightly fresher Atlas)
- install my “new” flawless door pocket
I also just bought a 2004 XC90.

what is the rear bumper from?

looks 'as if it should fit' but too deep and no number plate recess?

debating if rear light clusters are indeed shiny AND intact given the reflection, or is it split and NOT a reflection?

I see a couple of splits there, on both clusters.

Someone offer £50 and watch him reply "I know what iv got" not being horrible, but he's better off breaking it and binning those god awful bumpers
What good music needs is full deep bass to give it warmth
