Ebay: F294 SPX Volvo 480 Turbo Black -

Cleaned up the garage, found parts laying around, but it turned out to be a complete Volvo 480? If you want to sell your car (480 only) you can place an advert here.

"The dashboard has been serviced with the electrionics being serviced by the only Volvo 480 electronic specialist in Holland."

I can't remember having service the "electrionics" of this one, but I'm not living in either province of Holland in The Netherlands (there's a North and South Holland), so that must have been someone else.
No matter how hard you guys try, we don’t understand the NL/Holland thing! :bla:
I get it, kind of like saying Alan or Fraser is/are English cos they lives in the UK :-)

or Alan must know x cos he comes from Orkney!!!!
Alan, you know the hilarious thing is Myself and some friends rent a shed from a lad originally from Orkney (a Mr Groundwater if it means anything to you!) and in 2019 when myself and my better half went up to Orkney for a few nights, the lady who owned the air BnB knew Mr G really rather well

As eBay goes, it’s 98% likely it’ll not get collected or paid for... but if it does..... it’s currently at £6k with 3 days to go.

£6K!!

Hmm...we'll see what reality brings on Wednesday, shall we?

On a different note, but since it's a major part of this thread ;) we loved the Orkneys when we went there a few years back. Mind you, the weather was brilliant and the locals wanted us to stay, because it had been awful for weeks before so they said we must have brought it with us! And all were quick to assure us that with more normal weather the Orkneys can be - how shall we put it - a little grim?

Was sent some updated photos of the car, due to it needing a new battery there was a delay in this. I was sent some videos which i'll also link below (Did try to embed them but it kicked me from the forum for about 24 hours )

Looks nice, but a £6k Car...Well ill leave that for you guys to decide. Personally I dont think the winner will be having much contact post auction...as is the way with a lot of eBay auctions i see at the moment.

I couldn't cope with that!

I don't like the debadged look but I'd rather it wasn't there at all than in the wrong place like that is!!

 My car was missing the 480 Turbo one when I got it and the left-heaviness of it was upsetting me so much! Didn’t take me long to source one. Then I marked all the points off it’s sale images (where it was in place.....?) to make sure it was in the right place!

The badges are one of the most ‘make it break it’ cosmetic things for me!

It does look 'tidy' but £6k!!!!!!!!!! might be his 'oppo' bidding it up?

weather can be 'inclement', rathe rthan 'grim' prevailing wind is from all directions, so can become a little 'wind blasted' as not much shelter, no trees (except Binscarth Woods, two miles from home :-) ), and Hoy
