Finally one at top-dollar that is worth it!

Cleaned up the garage, found parts laying around, but it turned out to be a complete Volvo 480? If you want to sell your car (480 only) you can place an advert here.

Ah yes MSR is one I have seen before, I would say that this is still a black swan and not reflective of general values.

It does look gorgeous that one

Plus what appears to be a blank info centre display and a faintly glowing charge light...

I'd want to scrutinise the paperwork but yes, it does look very nice.

its is quite hard to scrutinise the TINY BLOODY PHOTO'S!!!

£4k you'd think they'd be doing the standard 12 high def photo's, with perhaps links to more?

Or perhaps we expect too much?

I think it is on the AVG Speed setting, as the car hasn't moved it may not be on

Maybe, but I don't think that's it - no segment appears lit up and there is nothing in the petrol gauge part either. Might just be the halogen light gone, or maybe more than that.

It looks tidy enough and may have a good history but..... speaking from experience... ;) ..... You will need to spend a lot as you use it and more things pop up (or don’t!) So,£4K, for an ES, is still a bit above and we’re all no doubt spotting things that we know need rectifying even just from the pics. It all adds up doesn’t it.

But, saying that, if I had £4K and wanted a 480, I’d probably pay it. If I had £4K I’d probably also have the other £4K to make it great too. .....again, speaking from experience!

Depends how much it means to the owner I guess. What they want it for. Mine is desperately preserve and increase value by sorting/renewing as much as possible..... but also using it!

Those 2 weeks a year it’s actually drivable and at home, of course.

Oh I think we are all interested, Sylvia! However, whether any of us are actually in the market...?

There was that chap recently looking for a good example. Will have to look through recent threads..

It does look like a keeper, though :)
