Just snapped the passenger side seat belt extender thingy!
Does one have one for sale or know of where I can get one?

ouch, I believe they are unobtainium, I have two kicking about the car, also snapped off.

I wonder if someone could 3D print them?

Our good friend Ortovox has done a Seat extender repair piece.

Clean snapped through the middle
Looks like I’ll have to try super glue

No promises but let me check the stores...

I think 'Arthy' drilled a small hole into each piece and inserted a steel pin, then glued it
super glue won't cut it, too much stress, and it's shiny palstic with a very low surface tension, not as bad as Poly Prop or Polyethylene

Daniel Lindenburg from the 480 Facebook group has also posted some for sale in the past

Sounds as though you should be able to drill and pin it as Alan says

There are some people who have bought all the remaining stock of the Volvo dealers, and sell them for inflated prices. Not mentioning any names, those who wander the forums and Facebook groups know who they are.

Sorry Nigel - I have checked my stock of spares and I could help you out with a driver's side arm, but not a passenger side one. That's just Sod's Law in play I guess!

Good luck with repair efforts; as others have said it will need more than just glueing…

Nigel, try volvoman72@btconnect.com his name is Terry he has a celeb he is braking.

you can some times repair them but need to use proper plastic weld or add some pins and glue.

Can you post a picture of broken arm ?
