Turbo for sale with an old acquaintance

Cleaned up the garage, found parts laying around, but it turned out to be a complete Volvo 480? If you want to sell your car (480 only) you can place an advert here.

Turbo for sale with an old acquaintance

Seems to be quite straight from the pictures

The guy selling it is the same guy we bought my car from. I would describe him as genuine, and he does have experience with selling these new.

So if anyone is interested, I can vouch for the seller - I certainly think I got a fair buying experience with my car

First thing I spotted was the ES badge on the back.... but it IS a turbo. Paris blue too!

If the clutch has failed, be aware that the correct clutch (although the seller says it's supplied) is pretty much un-obtainium.

For reference, it's 215mm in diameter - Valeo part number 801307

Door trim off on the passenger side, the bottom of the NS sill/arch looks like a good looking at is needed. Old MOT history also mentions the OSR sill is a bit crusty....

For the money, I'd be expecting much more, but hey, if it's pushing prices of turbos up, that's good news for me!
