ES for sale

Nice original '89 480ES for sale on Volvo forum website.

I do love these original one owner cars, but I think they may have been poorly advised on the value!
Like the owner it would be great to see it go to an enthusiastic new owner, so maybe if someone is interested a bit of sensible negotiation might be in order.

Wow! That is very over priced! It would be nice to see the pictures but they are limited to members of Yawnsville-- good luck getting anyone there to appreciate a 480.

Looks like it's been recently recommissioned; MOT'd in 09/18, last mot before that was back in 2009.
Looks quite clean, but not what I'd call £4500 clean.... Certainly wouldn't expect to have a "dragging service brake" advisory at that sort of money.

Even in The Netherlands where there currently is a fair bit of good 480's on the market, this one wouldn't fit in the 5000 Euro price bracket.

This might now be available for a sensible price as the owners cirmumstances have changed. Worth a try if it's what you want.

Although I do sometimes feel I am the only person keeping that 400 series forum ticking over!
