Update on Skip

Cleaned up the garage, found parts laying around, but it turned out to be a complete Volvo 480? If you want to sell your car (480 only) you can place an advert here.

Update on Skip

Post by frenchfries » Sun Sep 02, 2018 4:24 pm

Hi all

Skip is now on his way to Leamington Spa on a permanent basis. As it turn out the new owner is a 28 year old Frenchman who always wanted one and this is the first thing he bought upon arriving in the UK a month ago!

Anton is a Interior Car Designer for Land Rover and very excited about joining the club. I just hope that the admin process will be quick :)

I am still working on my next project and never fail to visit the forum on a regular basis. Anton has authorised me to communicate his mobile number should you wish to liaise with him directly.

A bientot

Moi :)

This is both joyous and sad at the same time.

Bear in mind that getting people ON here it still very troublesome. Please point him towards the Facebook page too, and apologise for the lack of admitance - It's nothing to do with Brexit!

When I'm in the UK I should not visit 480 owners, all of them have sold their 480 now! OK, it was only you

It's good to see the car has passed on to a new enthusiast anyway! But why were you selling in the first place? Lack of garage space?
Robert.

Well, tbh I was looking at importing a Renault Twingo MKI. They don't exist here and are fairly noticeable :)
