Well, since leaving the 480 world, i've not been here at all really. Having a house leaves me little time to peruse forums etc
However, I've been hankering after a 89/90 440 Turbo for a while now, and whilst they seem to be rarer than rocking horse poo, I did find this whilst searching:http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/3149442.htm
It's my Dad's old 480 Turbo. My Dad was the second owner, and everything the guy says in this current ad is true. He spared absolutely no penny on it, it was mint. It does seem to have acquired a dent in the drivers rear arch and one of the clear wing repeaters seems to have gone, but if it's as good as he says then this would be a great little buy for someone who could get the arch repaired. It never had rusty arches in his ownership-it had a few little 480 related quirks, but it was 99% perfect 99% of the time. There are some original pictures of it at the bottom of my 480 Diary thread.
So, just thought i'd share that with you all! Nice to see there is still a little community going
