Hi everyone.
Some of you may remember my '87 car I was trying to sell just over a year ago. Well, this time I mean it as I live in Cambridge so cycle most of the time and really don't need three cars. Its from the first batch in the country (service history calls it launch car) so has always been worth saving.
She's got new arches (properly done too), MOT and tax so ready to drive away. I spent hours composing my e-bay listing so please have a look to see the full details of exactly what needs done to finish her.
I'd love her to go to someone on here for a good home. Unfortunately I can't upload more than one picture on eBay (I think its because I'm on a mac, so will try again at work) but I'll put the rest on here for now.

I'ts fatally that your car is RHD
I cannot registrate it in my country
1986 480 ES, model year '87, 217 Red - Reliable mate
ex 1990 480 TURBO, model year '90, 231 Red

Are you sure? As I am quite sure, that at least in my country, I could easily register a RHD car (as long as all security relevant parts are ok). The import of the car might be more of a big problem though

Registration is impossible at this moment. Probably this will change in the future - The Government is working on a law.

Credit to you for getting the arches sorted and getting it back on the road.
Hope you get a decent enough price for it, I'd be tempted if it wasn't a 1.7 but alas I'd only ever want a smooth 2L for crusing to and from work.

As the new custodian ( 480's own us, we don't own them!!) I am looking to restore it to 1987 spec. The above pics show colour coded bumpers and rear seats with headrests. I am going to change them back but I need donor parts. I am more than happy to swap new for old if you have an ES that you might prefer to have these bits fitted to. Please contact me if you have any suggestions about the bits I need. The main feature with this particular ES is the fact it says Launch Car on the pre delivery inspection report.

The bumpers from this car are available if anyone needs black colour codeds with red piping. The car is getting it's original ones back!
