FOR SALE - Celeb, spares or project
Well, I messed it up shortly after I bought it against the side of a Disco. I have had some contact with and advice from Lee (thank you very much for that) and he thinks while it is fixable, it will be a specialist job. Ie. expensive and I don't have the funds and don't look like having the funds any time soon unless I hit the jackpot. Posting this now, to make myself do this, as I've been on the fence about it for months.
There's pictures of the damage here:

I will add more pictures and details later. Other than the damage, there is some slight rust on the driver door, some squealing from the rear dampers/springs, the wiring loom to the hatch has worn through so I've cut the wires and isolated them (no third brake light and rear wiper) and I never managed to figure out how to work the roller cover spring. The main thing though, is that there is a slight rattle when the engine gets to running temperature. Two mechanics have heard it and one said it's the throttle bearing, the other that it's the clutch release bearing.
Everything else works as advertised when new. Going over the above list, that means the doors open and the steering wheel steers. But there ya go. I'd really prefer if someone took the whole car off my hands, as I have little time and no covered private space to take it apart.

Oops. Made album public now.
Not sure about what I could ask for it really. In its current state, the most valuable thing about the car is the 17" Wolfrace wheels, even with the curbing. I guess what I'm saying is I'm open to offers. I would like to get ~£200 (because I could use the money), but I am very much unsure if that is reasonable so please have a look and see what it's worth to you.
One more thing if you did want to take the whole car, I'm in Kent near Faversham.

Ral, I've got a guy down here who is very very very interested, and has an extra parts car to get it up and going again.
Could you PM me with your email or msn so we can sort something out ?

Sold to Sophie's friend. They've probably landed in France by now and on the way home. Hope they make it back ok, they've had a long day driving, ferry, down to bournemouth to pick up Sambo's turbo and now back home again. Thanks for setting it up Sophie , let me know how they get on with it and weather they made it home safely
