The car comes with full service history up to 2014 & I have carried out regular servicing since that date (see below). Includes original 480 book & owner’s manual, Haynes manual, service book, lots of receipts, 2 keys etc. She was bought by the previous female owner in 1995 at 4000 miles. I believe she was a demonstrator car before that. The V5 states 2 previous owners.
I’ll get the bad bits out of the way first:
Last July a fault in the CEM caused a wire from the ignition switch to overheat & partly melt the insulation
. It took me a while to find the cause & with the help of you guys on the forum I replaced the CEM unit as a result. She will start using the key but as the wire is damaged I disconnected the key start option & she now starts using a push button under the dash. The rear wheel arches will need attention soon. They have been patched up & resprayed but are starting deteriorate again. However, I do have replacement panels
(inner & outer) that can be included in the sale at the right price.The driver’s seat bolster is scuffed but nothing serious.
There are marks & scratches on the bodywork but these are to be expected on a 21 year old car. There's also a tiny rust spot appearing on the front OS wing.
The good bits:
Everything else on the car works including electric aerial, electric windows, electric moon roof, computer etc. She starts on the button
every time & drives beautifully and has been very reliable in the 2 years I’ve owned her. Only having done 62000 miles from new the engine pulls perfectly and gearbox changes are smooth. She sounds great when pushed hard 
. Please note mileage may rise slightly due to use, currently reading 62073 miles.Unusually for a 480 she does not leak at all
. All carpets & boot are completely dry and have always been so.Work done on the car over the last 2 years include:
New rear light clusters & proper seals - cost £300.
New front sidelight/indicator lights - cost £195.
New starter motor.
Side indicators & reflectors replaced with clear units which are quite rare. Looks much better than the orange ones in my opinion.
Alloy wheels refurbished.
Fitted Sony radio/CD player. This includes a Bluetooth link giving hands free phone in the car. Also music can be played from your mobile, or via a USB drive. Original radio cassette is included.
Front air dam spoiler repaired & resprayed.
Engine oil & filter renewed at 59500 & 62000 miles.
Gearbox oil renewed at 59500 miles.
Cambelt replaced with Gates cambelt kit @ 59500 miles.
All suspension drop links & rear shocks replaced @ 59500 miles.
Brake fluid changed @ 61000mls.
Roller boot cover fitted.
New tailgate hatch struts fitted.
New heater knobs

The car is MOT’d to August 2016 & will fly through the next one I'm sure. She is very solid underneath, no rust.

2 brand new Hankook tyres. Once fitted she’ll have Hankooks all round.
Rear wing inner & outer panels - cost £368.

Starter motor.
Original boot cover (roller cover now fitted).
Seat belt arms.
Driver’s side door pocket (existing one is cracked, just not got round to changing it).
1 front spot light & 2 rear fog lights.
+ various other bits & bobs.

I also have a brand new, never used, very heavy duty 480 car cover that cost in excess of £150 & a new & unused fibreglass front air dam splitter that cost £80. Both can be had for £150 if bought with the car.
