Thanks for the offer of lighting Gaz.

Im sure we can cover the cost for a hook up for the marquee from the reg fees. It was just if people wanted there own.

I think its only a couple of quid extra per night anyway.
Im not taking the gennie due to noise.

Well amigos, the new 480 quiz was finally finished lastnight. It has will be teams of 2, and teams will be mixed up from names picked from a hat to give everyone a fair chance, as appreciate a lot of non-480 peeps there with forum members.

This should also give everyone a good chance to get to know other too and have thrown some 480-linked general knowledge questions in (mainly from 80's-90's) for good measure too. There will be prizes, although I know some forum members will be happy for the glory alone.......

Anyways, 1 day to go and the weathers not going to let me polish the GT tonight by the look of it, fingers crossed for dry weather the weekend eh?

Well Rich, as per lastyears NWmini meet (funnily enough, not a single mini did turn up

) there will be a booby prize for last place, can't remember who won lastyears, but sure it was put to good use....

ps- Laser Owls - do we need to bring anything else apart from cars, beers, bodybags, etc? See Lee and Gaz have got marquee and lights sorted, are we having some tunes sat night as got a nice disco ball/spotty in the loft if we are!

Rachel and I expect to turn up around 4pm, I'll have a supermod ecu with me if anyone want to buy. Your need a 3bar map sensor also but the ecu will act as stage one so rich said. He also said it's auto only BUT I never had problems swapping it over. Welcome to test

but funds just won't allow right now. - It'll be the first meet I've missed since I joined the forum!

Have a fab time..............the weather's looking ok at the mo. I think the lightning has stopped! so hopefully you'll have a dry weekend............although considering the meet is at a pub that seems unlikely!

Only stayed a night but really enjoyed things.......

Was glad Ad finally got The Fierce One a bit more mentally stable!

Shame Barney didnt want to let Bully hump him though!He disagrees!!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all at the meet after the crash. You were all fantastic and I really do appreciate all the kindness and support I was shown. Thank you.

I thoroughly enjoyed meeting you all, and your 480's....it really was so nice to see so many altogether, even though you all had lovely shiney bonnets! Who did win the best 480 anyway? I never did get to hear. A great meet, great venue and fantastic people

Indeed it was Dan the 480 Man who won the best 480 competition, I have never seen someone have a bottle of water, a sponge and a leather immediately to hand when a bird takes a shit on his car
