I'm afraid the clincher was the fact that England are playing Argentina that day.
This brings up 2 points. The team are looking forward to this, against one of are most hated international rivals, and I really, REALLY don't want to be in Scotland if we lose!

It was bad enough being in Lisbon when we lost to Portugal in the Euro's...

Is it Glasgow for sure?
Cos have an appointment with sonic terrorists on the 12th that i CAN'T miss, just means i'll have to disappear on Saturday night for a while....if it is Edinburgh then i can't go till Sunday.

Probably reappear out of my face- on a music trip!

Really nice to see such interest in this one!

The 12th is the worst week you could choose for me!

I will try and make the 12/13th should be okay. I probably what be in the 480 im afraid. But i should be able to make it. I have my passport and letter of invitation ready to cross the border

@piper1st - Really sorry you can't make the 12th, it's really difficult trying to find a date to suit everyone at such short notice. We should think about the "Scottish Spring Meet" much sooner to allow folk to book time off...

Definately need a spring meet. I will be there for sure with the missus in tow! she was disapointed i was on holiday because we miss this one(also reminded her i was going on holiday with my mates and not her

so got in trouble)

Sorry Guys The Owls wont be making the trip now.

Work calls im afraid, and since i need two weekends off for our trip to the Continent in December something has to give.

Really sorry, will defo make a Spring meet, Nikki spent hours looking for somewhere to stay too.

Is this meet still going on? Is it in Glasgow or edinburgh? What night? Ill be driving to Glasgow on fri i have to do a couple of hours work at paisley

then i am free all weekend

. I will need to book some accomdation fairly soon. If it is not on i will go up to Aberdeen for the weekend.
