Maybe adam was getting confused with the portable pub?
Right, despite being very busy at work, despite me working 36 hours over Tuesday and Yesterday, despite being on call and called out yesterday and tonight, and despite only having had 8 hours sleep in the last 60 hours, I've got a couple of disposable barbecues to bring.

I take it you two will also be bringing a couple each, or are you just all bla bla all words on a forum and no action (again)
What? You had all that time and did not pick some up for us?

 only kidding! see you at the meet mr wilson ;)

If you are going give Ad a shout - sure he'll go with you and show you where to go. It's still a fair run from Wrexham though as all scenic A & B roads. Although the route we've done you're only ever on 2 different roads from the meet to the campsite so pretty easy to get there.

You sure can, hang a right in Betws-y-coed (A5) then a left at capel-curig down the A498. It's not a major campsite or anything so easy to miss.

:wall:

Tut tut tut, I turn my back for 2 minutes and now we are all at war over the price of disposable BBQs. I thought they were expensive because of the price we sell them at Homebase. There is an Aldi across the road from my Homebase so will go and pick up a few there.

Look forward to seeing you all soon :)

So are there any issues? Does everyone know where we are meeting?

Stu and myself will be at the services from 11.30. If you find 2 abandon 480s in the car park we will be in the restaurant.

Maybe you should post a summary of the meet location, time, day etc, so all the relevant info is in one post, near the bottom of the thread?

Right

Meeting point, we will be aiming to meet up at 12 noon on Tuesday, Stu and myself will be there from 11.30 at the Esso Services Rhostyllen, as well as the petrol station there is also a travelodge and a little chef so look out for them.

Image

Address for those with Satnav:
A483/A5152, Wrexham Bypass
Rhostyllen
Wrexham
LL14 4EJ

If you are travelling alone the M56 follow these directions. Take junction 15 off the M56 join the M53 a few miles or so it will become the A55, follow the signs for Wrexham/Chester for the A4834 I can’t remember the junction number but it is well signposted.
Take the first exit off the round about towards Wrexham, travel a couple hundred yards come to another roundabout go straight over onto the A483.
Take Junction 2 you will beable to see the services from the slip road, take the first exit off the roundabout and then the first left.

If you are travelling from the M54: The M54 becomes the A5 not long after passing Telford, follow the A5 all the way to Chirk where you will join the A483, take junction 2 and take the third exit from the round about, you will beable to see the Esso garage.

My mobile number is 07764496456 feel free to text me anytime

Hope this helps everyone
