Forecastfox has it as sunny today and then sunny/cloud for the next 5 days here...

Hopefully the forecast is similar in Wales :)

Hey Amigos, ditto above comments, was great to put faces to names, even if they were a bit lobster coloured faces as the weather sure was H.O.T!

Don't think anyone had told the midges it was supposed to be a 480owners ONLY meet as quite a few of them turned up (was their dinner/breakfast time me finks), but sure no-one minded for those views.

Big thanks to Ad for sorting such a fab venue, the groommiester for sorting my kickdown cables (is loads better cheers Steve!) and everyone else for making it a great break. Been sat at my desk today wishing I could have made it all week.

Love the beach 480 logo by the way guys!
See you round! Stu.

Great meet, even if I did decide to drive home at 1 am :)

The roads where nice and quiet, so I got home in good time without seeing any traffic as such. I was home about an hour when the food poisoning kicked in :cryhard:

Hopefully everyone else is getting on ok still. Hopefully no one else got in trouble with the food :( I would guess that the alcohol being consumed would have helped with that.

I have a few pictures, but I have not looked at them yet, I may well post them later if they don't duplicate ones already posted.

Cheers Ad and Stu for sorting the meet out. Good skills lads.

Also cheers to everyone who helped me with all the niggling faults on my car and John for putting up with my driving without complaining!

Hope to see you all again soon!

Thanks for a great meet all. Hope Daniel & co. enjoyed the trip up Snowdon. Probably too late for all of you, but I had a fanastic drive back on the road from Trawsfynydd to Bala. Try it if you get the chance.
Cheers, Chris.

A spontaneous "oh sod it I'm going" and a (very) last minute shuffle of meetings 'n' things meant after a 7 hour drive I got to Wales!! and had a great time. :D

I want to say some thank-yous -
to- the Volvobigbrothers and Mr. S. Chacks for arranging a great meet. :D

to- Wales for being beautiful and sunny, nicely done! ;)

to- everyone for being lovely and kind and friendly, especially the Dragons and the Lazerowls :D

to- Mr. C. Groom esq. for my first ride in a turbo, and for tinkering under
my bonnet - the car ran so much better it made me giggle all the way home! ;)

to- Mr. rpruen for polishing my clusters and driving me all the way to Harlech and back when he was hungry :D

to- Mr. Chacks for retrieving me from the service station!....without this selfless act the dozy scots lass would have been lost.......again! :D

to- the messers Holmes and Bat for the running engine alarm call at 7.35am on Wednesday...........aaaaaarg.....what were you thinking?

to- the cooks for keeping us fed and watered with tasty things ;)

to- the Dragons, Lazerowls, VolvoBBs. Mr. Lee and Mr. J. Turbo for cleaning up the site after all of us went home :D

I thank you!

from the redhead :D

p.s. made it all the way home without getting lost!
feeling very proud of myself!

yeah right.............in my dreams....... :cryhard:
The Prodigy put me in a ditch 1/2 hour from the campsite (I'm beginning to think either the car or myself were rally drivers in a former life!)
....and I had my obligatory mystery tour of the borders.

the rest of the journey was powered by Optimax, jelly babies, Zodiac Mindwarp and the Cure.
