Right decision time!

I have done my calculations and we are likely to come unstuck if we continue in the same fashion as last year.

Last year we spent = £245.31
Money from members = £215
Shortfall = (£30.31)

As you will see from my input above from the numbers listed and money suggested we have the following:

Total coming = 28
Money at suggested rate
(£10 per car and £5 per
additional person) = £210

This amount of money even before we take off those who wont come is leaving it a bit tight . So I suggest we alter the figures to either:

A. £15 per car and £5 per head which gives us a new total of:

= £280

or
B. £15 per car and £10 per head which gives us a new total of:

= £350

Let's be honest even taking option B this is a low cost event.

Remember some of you who promised they would turn up will sadly not make it for whatever reason. Which means that the £350 will turn into a figure closer to last year!!

My suggestion is we take Option B and as last year any money left over will either go in drinks or cash prizes.

Over to you my fine 480 friends. I await your judgement!

Regards

Chris

Hi All,

To everyone who has been asking the question about money. Whilst I was going to ask for it be posted it would be easier all round if you bring it with you on the day. Just make sure if you say you are coming you do as this is what we will be catering for.

If anyone has not sent me an email please do so, as it is these emails that are giving us the numbers.

Regards

Chris

Chris, this is simple. If someone says they are coming, but cannot, they have to pay anyway? - That way you're not out of pocket
