Lunch will be at the Harbour Cafe, just a short walk from our favourite parking spot. They don't take bookings, so we will have to wait and see how long the queue is. If it's another lovely day, it might be horrendous in which case I'll be ringing a few other places to find out if they can accomodate us. If anyone who is coming doesn't have my mobile no please pm me.

Very good news to hear another get together / mini-rally is scheduled, and I'm sad that I no longer have a pop-up 'extra marital car' to pootle along with the crowd. Perhaps another time. Strangely (in terms of timing) I'll be in that neck of the woods the next weekend (24th) to visit my son and his other half, and I had been hoping to toddle down in my latest 'extra-marital' vehicle - Pootle the Campervan (see https://forums.mercedesclub.org.uk/inde ... 106/page-3) but there was an unfortunate blip with an inlet valve last weekend in Warrington, so Pootle is off the road once again

Do make sure everyone who goes along to the Wolds takes lots of photos and video and do share on here - you never know, another opportunity for wedgieship might hove into view sometime when I'm least expecting it...
