Ghent meeting June 2018

Just received an email from one of our Belgian 480 friends - he is hoping to arrange a meet for next year, but needs to have enough interest to be worth doing. Anyone interested please let me know and also if either of the suggested dates is a problem. This is the info :

Hi dear Volvo 480 drivers / friends,
I just posted a short message on the Dutch Volvo 480 Forum to check who is interested in a Belgian Volvo 480 Meeting next year.
When:
Weekend 1-2-3 june 2018 or 8-9-10 june 2018....depending of the poll...
Where:
In Laarne (near by the Castle) in a group accomodation with 78 places to sleep...youth hostel

Prices:
Overnight stay incl. breakfast from 23,00 to 28,00 EUR / night (depend from roomtype)
Price has to be discussed...maybe some small discounts...
Evening meal (3 couses): 14,00 EUR
Total for 2 nights & 2x breakfast & 2x evening meal aprox. 74 EUR - 84 EUR.
I hope to fix the complete weekend for a budget of 100 EUR / person (incl. visit & roadbook) that should be a very competitive price.
Planning / Info:
BBQ should be possible organised by the owner by good weather conditions; eg. saturday evening
Camping on the site is forbidden, but close by i can check..also B&B is to find
Friday afternoon / early evening arriving...possible visit of Ghent with dinner in centre of that beautiful city (entrance forbidden in 2020 due to LEZ low emission zone).
Saturday: Roadbook tour with our cars
Sunday: group vist to the Castle
