Hello all 480 drivers, clubmembers,
In the weekend of 9-11 September 2016 the French Volvo 480 Forum is organising a meeting in Normandië.
A short description of the agenda you will find below. If more information needed send me a PB, the i can send registration forms / Flyer in French & English.

Friday 09 september:
12H00 Meeting in the area of Etretat, exact meeting place to be confirmed.
12H30 Picnic Each participant will propose a speciality (eating or drinking) from his country to be shared with the other participants.
14H00 Rally by foot, through Etretat organized by the Tourist Office Or Visit of Eco Museum in Bretteville.
16H00 Departure to the gite or hotel, installation and meeting.
19H00 Departure to restaurant « La Payennerie » in Monvillers (10Km from the gite).

Saturday 10 September:
09H00 Departure to visit Fécamp and the « Bénédictine Palace ».
12H00 Restaurant in the area of Fécamp.
14H30 Departure of Rally with a Road-Book.
17H30 Arrival of Rally.
19H30 BBQ in the gite.

Sunday 11 september:
09H30 General Assembly of the Organization Forum 480 or Meeting and technical discussions.
11H00 Departure to Honfleur for final Lunch.

Participation to costs will be shared among particpants and would not exceed :
160 € for participants sleeping in the Gite ( limited number of places available)
130 € for participants sleeping in an hotel. See list enclosed, to be booked and paid by each one
65 € for children up to 10 Years
This includes 2 nights at the gite ( no hotel nights), 3 meals at restaurant including beverages, full BBQ, 2 visits : Etretat and Palace of Bénédictine, road book.
